This policy applies to all purchases made online at summerbornlabel.com.

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or store credit.

 

SALE ITEMS

For all Items that have been purchased on mark down,  there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES OR FLASH SALE ITEMS

Full-priced items purchased during a promotion (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an store credit only. Please note and duty, tax or customs fees are non-refundable.

 

WELCOME CODE

All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

SUMMER BORN does not cover the cost of International Returns. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total return value. Once you have submitted your return request via our portal you will receive an email outlining next steps.

SUMMER BORN does not refund duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are also non-refundable, other than for an item received faulty.

You are welcome to return your parcel by using any secure shipping method. Clearly mark “Return Goods – Clothing” on the paperwork of your chosen carrier. Without this, you may be charged additional customs and duty fees. Please be advised SUMMER BORN do not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit sent with private carriers.

FAULTY RETURNS

All SUMMER BORN garments are made by skilled local artisans in Bali, and each piece is carefully checked by our Quality Control team before packing.

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. To best assist you, please email us your order number, images of the fault and a small description to customercare@summerbornlabel.com within 48hrs of delivery.

Please note that damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.

To register a complaint regarding missing items from your order, we require video proof of you opening the parcel. To register a complaint, please email us at customercare@summerbornlabel.com within 48hrs of delivery.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Before submitting your return request, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• The items are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within 21 days of delivery receipt and return must sent within 7 days of booking your return.

 

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for return. Any items returned to SUMMER BORN without approval will be returned at the customer's expense.

SUMMER BORN does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout.
