Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please see our shipping page for more information. Please note that all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation email.

Please contact our Customer Care team if you have not received an order or shipping confirmation email within 5 business days. Please note that during high volume periods such as sales and holidays, there may be some delays in dispatching orders.

When will my item arrive?

For Australian orders, please allow up to 3-5 Business Days for your parcel to arrive. Rural areas can take longer.

For International orders, please see our shipping page for more information


Do you ship to PO boxes?

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.


I entered the wrong address, how can I change it?

Please contact our Customer Care team immediately if you have entered the wrong mailing address and we will try our best to redirect it as soon as possible. Please note that Summer Born can not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and will not reimburse you for the order or shipping costs.

Can I edit/cancel my order after I placed it?

Sadly no. Once your order has been placed and imported into our system we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you. Our dispatch team is conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result we are unable to cancel it before shipping. Please take your time whilst processing your order. If you do require assistance with an error made with your order please contact our Customer Care team HERE.


Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain all the info you need to track your order. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to work as there can be a delay.


Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs and duties within your own country. How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to. Deliveries to some countries are shipped without having to pay additional duties and/or taxes. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

When will the out of stock items be available again?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact date for when the out of stock item will be available again. Our production process involves small-batch handcraft production with limited quantity for each size. This means that our items sell out quickly, and it can take some time to restock. However, we recommend using the "notify me" function to receive an email notification when the item is restocked.


How do I use the "notify me" function?

To use the "notify me" function, simply go to the product page of the out of stock item, select the size and click the "notify me" button. Then, enter your email address and click "submit." You will receive an email notification when the item is restocked.


Will I be guaranteed to receive the out of stock item if I use the "notify me" function?

No, using the "notify me" function does not guarantee that you will receive the out of stock item. However, it will notify you when the item is restocked so that you can place an order as soon as possible.

Why do you offer Pre-order?

Our pieces sell out pretty fast as we do not mass produce, so purchasing an item on pre-order secures a limited edition piece, in your size and style for any repeats we produce.


How does pre-order work?

Full payment is due at checkout to secure your size and style of a pre-order item. When stock is received to our warehouse, orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order before it is made available to the general public.


When will my pre-order be sent?

Items marked with Pre-Order will be dispatched from our warehouse once the items become available. We display an expected delivery date on the product's page, but please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. If the estimated shipping date changes, it will update it on the order page, which you can access through your account. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order has been sent out to you.


What if I place a Pre-order and Non-Pre-order item together?

Please note, if you purchase any additional items with your Pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order has arrived to our warehouse.


Can I cancel my Pre-order if I change my mind?

Yes, as long as it has not left our warehouse yet. If it has left the warehouse and you have received shipping notification, you will need to submit a return. Please refer to our returns tab for more details.


Can I return my pre-ordered item?

Yes. Our normal returns policy will apply to pre-ordered items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay.


How do I use a store credit/gift card/discount code?

During the payment stage at the checkout, fill in the gift card or discount section by adding your gift card or discount codes to your order. Click apply once entered.


Can I use multiple discount codes?

Depends on the conditions of the discount codes, you may be able to apply multiple discount codes to your order. Applying the discount codes to your order during the payment stage at the check out. If entered discounts codes can be combined, they will be applied to your order. If the discounts can’t be combined, the best discount is always automatically applied to your order.


Why isn’t my payment processing?

Please send through an email to customercare@summerbornlabel.com with a screenshot of the error message that displays so we can better assist you with your payment.

What does Return stand for?

Return stands for your ability to physically return your parcel back to us. Return does not mean refund. Please refer to our return policy for further information around your product.


What is your returns policy?

You can return full priced items for store credit within 21 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for sale items unless deemed faulty. Please read our full Returns Policy HERE.


How do I return an item?

Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all original garment tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Submit your return HERE.


How do I know when you've received my return?

Returns are processed within 5 days of us receiving them back at the warehouse. You will receive an email with your return information when complete.


Why was I denied to return my item?

If you are denied for a return it usually means that you have not met the conditions of our Return Policy. Please read our Returns Policy HERE.


Wanting to exchange your item?

Sadly, we cannot facilitate exchanges via our website. We invite you to send your item back for a credit note so you are able to place a new order.
